2. Intention: The driving force that regulates all movement. A winning hitter is aggressive under control. Mentally tough and dedicated to the production of runs. With a team first approach.
3. Approach: Requires preparation and strategy, it’s vital to the hitters success. Ex. Hunt The fastball! Stay aggressive on the heater & approach the middle of the field (Looking for A swings on A pitches to do damage) As the pitcher expands the zone we must be persistent on shrinking the zone to increase our chances of hitting ball hard.
Since 2009, our 2500 sq ft. facility, located off Miramar Road in San Diego, CA has become a baseball & softball destination. We recently moved right down the street and upgraded!! We now have 3 full cages w/ incredible LED lighting, TVs for each cage for video analysis & the Delay App. We also added Blast Motion & Pocket Radar technology .
